Can I see it before I pay?
Yes - we build your site first and host it at yourbusiness.seenely.com so you can see the real thing before you commit. No payment until you're happy.
Do I have to write the website myself?
No. We write everything from public information about your business. You can ask us to edit anything you want before it goes live.
How fast can you get it live?
We email your preview within 24 hours. Once you've approved it, your site will be live with your custom domain within another 24 hours.
Can I make edits in future?
Yes - just email or WhatsApp us anything you want changing and it will be done.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. We'll point it at your new site at no extra cost.
Will it work on mobile?
Yes. Every site is built mobile-first.
Will it actually bring in customers?
Yes - a professional website helps bring in more enquiries by making your business easier to find and easier to contact. It also improves your reputation: when people look you up, a clear, well-made website shows that you're established, reliable, and serious about your work.
Is £20 really the full price?
Yes. No setup fee, no add-on hosting bill, no domain renewal charge. £20/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel any time by letting us know via email or WhatsApp.
Can I keep the website if I cancel?
We point your custom domain at our hosted site - if you cancel, the site goes down. We'll happily export your content (text and images) so you can rebuild elsewhere, but the build itself isn't portable. If full ownership of the codebase matters to you, hire a freelancer instead.
Do you do bigger sites with multiple pages?
Yes. The default is a clean one-page site because that's what most sole traders need, but we can add an About page, a Services page, a Blog, or extra landing pages for specific search terms ("emergency plumber Leeds", "EV charger installer Sheffield"). All included in the £20/month.
Do you do SEO?
We do on-page SEO basics: clean HTML, fast load times, proper headings, schema markup, sitemap, and Google Business Profile alignment. We don't do link-building, paid SEO retainers, or PPC. Most sole traders don't need that - a clean website plus a complete GBP gets you 90% of the way.
Do you accept Apple Pay or bank transfer?
Card via Stripe is the default. We can take direct debit or annual bank transfer for businesses that prefer it - email hello@seenely.com to set that up.
Can you connect Google Analytics or Meta Pixel?
Yes - just send us your tracking IDs and we'll add them. No extra charge.
Do you write the copy or do I?
We write the first draft from public information about your business (your GBP, your social posts, your existing site if you have one). You can edit anything before launch and any time after - just message us.
Can I have a contact form on the site?
Yes. Submissions go straight to your email. We can also pipe them to WhatsApp, Slack, or another inbox if you prefer. Anti-spam is built in.
Do you do logos?
We don't design logos, but we'll happily use the one you have. If you don't have one, we'll set the site up with a clean wordmark using your business name and update later when you've got one.
Will my site be on a custom domain or yourbusiness.seenely.com?
We build your site at yourbusiness.seenely.com so you can preview it before paying. Once you sign up, we register and connect a custom domain (yourbusiness.co.uk or whatever you prefer) at no extra cost.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Anyone who guarantees you'll rank #1 for a competitive term is lying. What we guarantee is a fast, mobile-friendly, properly-structured site that gives Google everything it needs to rank you on merit. The other half is your Google Business Profile - we'll help you fill that in too.
